Roadmap

A timeline from your first day as a Muslim through the first six months and past that. Each stage builds on the one before it, so you can follow them in order or jump to whichever one matches where you are.

Faith and a fresh start

The first day or two is about protecting what just happened. Keep your faith close, stay calm, make Ghusl, and pick one or two next steps you trust. You do not have to rebuild your whole life by tomorrow.

1-2 daysExplore

Getting the basics in place

This week is for gentle practice. You learn the shape of prayer, visit or at least phone a masjid, and start using short remembrance. None of it has to be done perfectly.

Settling into practice

Things are starting to settle. Now you add the Quran, work out what to say to family, and find a healthier way to handle the questions that come up without drowning in them.

2-3 weeksExplore

Islam in daily life

Here Islam works its way into ordinary days: what you eat, how you get ready for fasting, how you dress, and where you draw practical lines. Set the pace so you can keep it up.

1-2 monthsExplore

Character and steady learning

The practice is starting to feel familiar. This stage is about character, learning from people worth learning from, and asking better questions so you keep growing without spinning out.

2-3 monthsExplore

Growth over a lifetime

Islam is a lifelong path. This stage looks at the bigger responsibilities ahead, zakat and Hajj, while keeping your learning at a pace you can hold.

There is no wrong place to begin. Start where you are and move at your own pace. Nobody does this on the same timeline.
