Section Second: a doctor should advise postponing treatment only when the delay does no harm. Section Third defers for further study bronchodilator inhalers, blood sampling and transfusion, cupping (hijama), dialysis, rectal items and surgery under general anaesthesia. It does not say that blood tests leave the fast intact.
